Account Executive, Ticket Sales – Charlotte Motor Speedway (Concord, NC)

POSITION OVERVIEW: Responsible for generating revenue through season tickets, individual tickets, group tickets via phone & in-person.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:Meet or exceed daily call expectationsMeet or exceed yearly sales goalsHandle all incoming sales/service callsProspect and qualify all potential sales opportunitiesEffectively execute sales campaigns and training set forthEfficiently manage workday as determined by ManagementMaintain computerized records of clients and prospects with our CRM systemProvide excellent customer service skillsAssist customer service efforts during renewal campaignsMaintain and grow industry standard sales skillsAssist with all event responsibilities regarding race day operationsREQUIRED SKILLS, EXPERIENCE, AND ABILITIES: Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university preferredProven track record of 1-2 years of high level sales successAbility to work as a team playerAbility to attend all events (evenings and weekend hours and possibly holidays)Proficient in basic computer software programsStrong organizational and communication skillsExcellent customer service skills**NO PHONE CALLS PLEASE**
